The latest pub opening in Everards Project William programme has been the Wild Boar at Lakin Road Warwick which features Slaughterhouse Brewery products from their brewery based in the town.

Everards have also acquired the freehold of the Lancet in Nuneaton, which will be converted to a cask ale led business operated by another of the companys micro brewer partners.

Bladon acted on behalf of Everards Brewery in both of these acquisitions and are retained to acquire further pubs on their behalf.

General update

Bladon continue to be actively seeking sites for their retained client, Everards Brewery, both for their core estate, and their Project William scheme run in conjunction with craft brewers.

The company have advised Everards on their acquisition of the Hollybush in Alcester, and also a conversion of the former Maltings public house in Loughborough, which is now trading successfully as a convenience store.

Bladon also continue to advise the Ice Rink Company, the UK's leading operator of Ice Rinks through their Planet Ice and Silver Blades, and have advised on the acquisitions of ice rinks at Blackburn and Solihull.

We also advised the Central England Co-op on acquisitions during 2015, including properties at Kibworth in Leicestershire and Eastwood in Nottinghamshire.

Bladon seeking restaurant units in central London

Retained clients have instructed Bladon to seek leasehold or freehold restaurant sites in prime locations in central London. The units nedd a high capacity and therefore a minimum floor area of 5,000 sq ft is required.

Bladon seeking property for Planet Ice

Planet Ice are actively seeking to open further ice rinks. The owner of the company now operates 15 ice rinks throughout the UK and is seeking further opportunities.

Bladon acts on various private client acquistions in Staffordshire

Bladon have advised private clients on a range of acquisitions in Staffordshire over the past 12 months, including the Lichfield Health & Fitness Club, Weston Hall (which has now reopened following a major refurbishment) and the former Fitness First gym in Burton-on-Trent which has now repoened as The Workout

Everards complete further pub acquistions

Bladon have provided advice to Everards Brewery on further pub acquisitions, including the Church Inn in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, the Seven Stars in Rugby, and the Black Dog at Oadby.

The company are continuing to seek freehold pubs throughout the midlands and have ample funds available to move quickly.
